Trinity Brewing has developed quite a reputation for crafting unique and interesting beers throughout the season. Our passion is expressed in our beers constantly challenges both our brewers and our customers. We always have at least a few specialty batches on tap that will entertain even the most educated of palates while offering a new drinking experience. What we choose to make is typically inspired by: the season of the year, music, art, cuisine, history, or sometimes we just make a crazy idea we'd like to drink and share it with you! Whether it's a pecan pie beer or a wine barrel aged champagne conditioned sour ale, this rare group of annually rotating beers are complex and sessionable!
