February 17th at 5 PM ... Brain of the Turtle, Our Petite cerise is the second running of the massive amount of cherries we use to brew The Flavor. Aged on oaken barrels, coffee, almonds, and cherries, this special beer features a notable earthiness, distinct barnyard, bitter leather, heavy lactic, dark dried cherry skin tannins, and a very creamy character. 5.8% ABV.
