Farmhouse Du Tomme. The first commercial Saison that our Brewer, Tom Brown crafted. Inspired by wild ingredients found while hiking in Colorado this beer won best beer in the 'Beers Made By Walking' competition in 2012. The use of amaranth grain imparts a toasty presence in the malt bill, mustard seed lends a nice spiciness to the beer that is balanced with a light citrus from lemon grass. 5.6% ABV; rare |

Three Flower Saison. Again going back to the earth with this version of our seasonal Belgian, we age this orange hued ale on the tops of three varieties of flowers. We promised not to give up our secret on this beer, because it's just too good of a secret! Authentically Belgian and only available as the weather warms and flowers begin to appear. As we welcome warmer weather with this beer, it's a definite Spring/Summer session Saison. 7.0% ABV; rare. |
Friday May 31 Damn, it Feels Good to be a Gangsta' Release 5pm
Damn, it Feels Good to be a Gangsta', dark and strong American Wild. Heavy in Roast, Chocolate, and Special B malts this beer comes off with a unique and unexpectedly dry profile. Combining two Brettas lends a milder barnyard, but heavily funky character accented by an apparent 'natural cork' flavor. Aging the beer on French oak Barrels and allowing it to properly develop, attenuation is high revealing a light body and notes of astringency. Balance is created by the addition of three special golden ingredients: Honey, Golden Raisins, and Mustard Seed. 8.1% ABV; rare.
